These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website daymobile.net ("Website") and any digital products, services, subscriptions, or content ("Services") offered by Adsday Tech FZCO, a legal entity registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website daymobile.net ("Website") and any digital products, services, subscriptions, or content ("Services") offered by Adsday Tech FZCO, a legal entity registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Legal Entity and Jurisdiction
1.1. The Website is owned and operated by Adsday TechFZCO, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, registered in IFZA Properties, DSO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, Dubai, holding license number 53083
1.2. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, unless otherwise required by your place of residence.
1.3 Trading or services are not provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.
2.2. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

3. Digital Services and Payment
3.1. We provide digital services, including but not limited to:

• Subscription-based tools
• Access to cloud-hosted digital platforms
• API integrations
• Digital content and resources

3.2. All fees are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) or USD and include of  5% VAT.
3.3. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page are the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
3.4. Payment can be made via secure gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or any other method we support.
3.5. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted for payment.
3.6. Payment confirmation will be sent via e-mail within 24 hours.
3.7. Subscription payment is implemented using recurring payments.

4. Delivery & Access
4.1. Digital services are delivered electronically through user accounts, download links, or API credentials.
4.2. Subscription periods and access rights are clearly defined on the checkout page and in your account dashboard.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1. When purchasing a one-time license due to the nature of digital service, there is no option for cancellation. 5.2. Refunds are not provided unless:

• The service was not delivered as described;
• There was a verified technical failure on our side;
• Otherwise required by applicable UAE law.

5.3. When subscribing to the service, cancellation of the recurrent payment is possible at any time from the moment of making the first payment. All requests for subscription cancellation and refunds must be submitted to support@daymobile.net.
5.4. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Use the Services in accordance with UAE laws, including cybercrime, content, and e-commerce regulations;
• Not use the Services to violate local decency laws, distribute harmful software, or infringe on the rights of others;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, and trademarks available through the Website are the intellectual property of Adsday Tech FZCO or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
We comply with applicable UAE data protection regulations, including standards outlined by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Dubai Digital Authority.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and store your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages;
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months;
• We do not guarantee that Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, government restrictions, internet failure, or other force majeure conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be:

• First addressed through amicable negotiation;
• If unresolved, referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, unless the company is registered in DIFC, in which case the DIFC Courts shall have jurisdiction
